General Remarks :
- “Ship’s spare in transit” MUST be written in Air Way Bill.
- All parcels MUST be marked with AWB number, and AWB to be attached outside each parcel.
- All original documents including detailed packing list must be attached to each parcel in the pouch of shipment (or) inside
parcel carton/box. - Original AWB (with minimum two copies).
- All wooden boxes/pallets must be fumigated before dispatching and marked with related country fumigation stamp.
- Spare parts arriving at Egyptian Airports which are not packed in fumigated wooden boxes/pallets and without the fumigation stamp
on the wooden box/pallet will be rejected by agriculture quarantine authority and subject to immediate re-export to country of origin
on shipper’s account. - Parcels details/documents (AWB, packing list, commercial invoice) should be sent at least 48 hours prior to ship arrival.
